Veteran singer P Susheela will be awarded with Ramineni Purashkaram. Ramineni Foundation USA has been presenting awards to the distinguished Telugu personalities in all walks of life.

Foundation’s chairperson Dharmapracharak announced today (Monday, October 08, 2007) that academician Professor P Ramachandra Rao, mimicry legend Padmasri Dr Nerella Venumadhav, veteran singer Smt P. Susheela from films, and writer Reddi Raghavaiah from literature are selected for the Purashkarams for year 2007.

The foundation’s convener AVS informed that the presentation ceremony will be held on October 12th at Satyasai Nigamagam in Hyderabad-Telugu Cinemass.
