It is said that Ram Charan is a net savvy and he spends ample time surfing different websites and portals. Charan’s favorite pastime till he turned a star was chatting. Ram Charan’s Chirutha Collects 12 Crores In Just Seven Days !

Tollywood producer Aswini Dutt - producer of Chirutha film - gave out the details of shares collected by Chirutha all over Andhra Pradesh. It collected a share of 12 crores in AP alone for 7 days :

5. West - 83,82,901

Sekhar Kammula’s Happy Days Overseas Report Is Extremely Positive !!!

Tollywood director Sekhar Kammula released his Happy Days in USA on September 28, the same day Chirutha, the debut film of Chiranjeevi’s son, Ram Charan, was released. The reports indicate that Happy Days, a totally new genre film, attracted a major chunk of the audience as compared to Chirutha.

Obviously, Sekhar Kammula enjoys a good reputation in USA. Earlier, his film Anand was released on the same day as was Chiranjeevi’s Shankar Dada and scored over the latter. While the overseas report on Happy Days is extremely positive, that of Chirutha is not entirely encouraging.

For the first time, a Telugu film Happy Days was released in USA ahead of its release here. However, after its release on the home turf on October 2, the film received overwhelming response from the A centres.

We will have to wait and see how these two films, one by a National Award winning director Sekhar Kammula and the other by the highest box-office collection record holding director Puri Jagannath, fare with the cinema crazy Telugu audience-Telugu Cinemass.

Hero Ram Charan Impresses Everyone With His Talent

Irrespective of the fate of his debut film Chirutha at the box office, Ram Charan is signed up for his next film, which will be directed by SS Rajamouli to be produced by Allu Aravind. Everyone is impressed by the skills of the son of Chiranjeevi. According to the trade circles, Ram Charan is branded as a potential mass hero, with latent talents waiting to be tapped by resourceful directors. Even Rajamouli, who went into record books as the director with a double hat-trick of hit films, is said to have created a story with an out and out mass appeal-Telugu Cinemass.

The second film of Ram Charan under the direction of S.S.Rajamouli will commence shooting in the month of December.

Does Puri Jagannath Realise That A Film Need A script Also ?

We all know that Puri Jagannath is commercially successful director, but the director has to realize that there is something called a script for a film and the script has to enthrall audience. In the recently released film “Chirutha” the script is absent and the story runs on predictable lines. If Puri wants to live on the star value of actors like Mahesh and Ram Charan Tej then his days are numbered. But on the other hand there is another argument. Puri has intentionally made the story line normal, only to prove that the film will be a hit by standing on the shoulders of Ram Charan Tej. Director Puri Jagannath Makes NRIs Happy !

Telugu director Puri Jagannath has made many NRIs happy with one dialogue made by the heroine. In a scene the heroine gives money to Ram Charan and asks him to take it. She says the amount is 1,000 dollars and asks the hero to accept it as it amounts to 50,000 rupees in Indian currency. Now, when did the Dollar touch the 50 rupee mark?

To the best of our knowledge the Dollar has been hovering around a little less than 40 rupees from nearly an year. Wonder from where Puri got this exchange rate from-Telugu Cinemass.

Ram Charan has rendered excellent performance in the dance and stunts departments. Considering the fact that Chirutha is his debut film and that he is the son of megastar Chiranjeevi, it would be too much to expect much from Ram Charan. He deserves rich appreciation for his energetic performance and commitment to reach the expectations of the audience. Definitely, he is successful in his first strike. The audiences are prone to a constant feel that Puri Jagannath has not touched upon the other aspects of histrionics other than action and dance. In several scenes, including climax, the words of the hero are heard as the audience will see either long or rear shots of the hero. Ram Charan’s efforts have borne fruit. The expectations with which he has arrived are unfair, though his opportunities are obviously ample. He has made use of those opportunities-one cannot compare him to Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan or even cousin Allu Arjun. For a debutant, he has done well. His fights are excellent, though his dances are stiff even if he pulls off all the complicated steps. At the outset, the eagerness of the audience is to know about Ram Charan Teja’s performance. Well, there is no Teja in his name. It’s just mentioned ‘Ram Charan’. He did it. He proved that he has that in himself. His dances, his looks, his voice, his fights and over all performance are good. It never appeared that it is the first film of Ram Charan. He has definitely got brightest future.
