After a long gap, actor Mohan Babu is back to acting as lead hero. He has given green signal to a new film based on the life and times of a faction leader in Rayalaseema. A producer who is very close to Mohan Babu is planning this powerful film. It is likely to be titled Sarkar. It is nothing to do with Ram Gopal Varma’s Sarkar-Telugu Cinemass.

The film is more like a bio-pic of the deceased faction leader in Rayalaseema. Mohan Babu, sources told us, plays the role that leader. In the film, everyone calls him as Sarkar. So, it is Rayalaseema Sarkar. It will soon go floors.
